After having our irrigation system inspected, a real estate agent flooded our yard while running the system. I called Thrive and their tech Manny to let them know that a valve was apparently leaking, and he rushed back to fix it as soon as possible. He and I had both walked the property before and after running every zone twice and never saw a leak. How the agent managed to find it was surprising, to say the least. Thankfully the issue was found and repaired quickly and on the same day.

Great troubleshooting and quick work
My irrigation system had a leak under my driveway, which was flowing into my underground French drain my gutter downspouts were connected to. Clear water would freely flow out that drain line at the curb when that zone was active. I contacted Thrive and they were able to isolate the issue and cut and capped the supply line before the leak to resolve that issue. They returned a couple days later to connect the sprinkler heads that were electrically cut from that zone to another zone. They also changed out all the sprinkler heads to the newly expanded zone with high-efficiency heads. The system has worked flawlessly over the past month or so and my first water bill was about $200 less. Great troubleshooting and quick work to get my system fully functional and saving me money (especially in the heavy watering months). Oh, they were very personable and even more professional. I would call them again if I had another irrigation issue. A++

Absolutely excellent customer service. Had a service tech at my address within 1.5 hours. Very courteous. We did a walkthrough of my irrigation system concerns and the tech made recommendations to improve water flow in the sprinkler heads. No pressure to upgrade my sprinkler heads but made sense to change out some heads. I was expecting to get scheduled for another day, but work was started mid-afternoon and finished within a few hours. This was great because my lawn watering day was same day. I would not hesitate to call them again. I added the company to our community list of recommended companies.
